HOW TO BECOME A CUSTOMER?
If you would like to register your business as a wholesale customer of Continental Clothing Japan, please follow the simple procedure.
Please take a few of minutes to fully complete the New Customer Account Application. We will only collect this information once, and use it to provide a paperless service, including order processing, delivery notifications and invoicing. Please be advised we only ship to Registered Companies with a valid TAX Id.
We will process your application within one working day.
When your application has been processed, you will receive a new customer registration email with your new Customer Account Ref, and our latest price list.
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
After you login to your account you can
• Place orders
• View prices and volume discounts for each product
• See any seasonal promotions and special offers
• View current stock inventory
• View re-stock dates
• View your order history
• Download Delivery Notes & Invoices
• Return goods according to terms
• Manage your address book
• Update your personal profile
While ordering online, Volume Discounts (Pack and Carton rates) will be applied automatically when added to your shopping basket.
Packs are made of 5 or 10 pieces of the same style.
Cartons are made of 15 or 20 for sweatshirts, jackets and hoodies. 40, 50 or 80 pieces for T-shirts of the same style.
All orders are shipped from our main warehouse in the UK.
Orders are dispatched within 24hrs.
We have no minimum order.
Payments can be made in USD via PayPal (PayPal fees apply).
Shipping, we offer a UPS service. All shipments come with a tracking number and delivery times of up to 4-5 days.
